Someone once said to me, we all have different sobriety times, whether it be 5 days, 5 months, or 5 years. However, we all have the same amount of time from relapsing and taking that 1st drink. All we have is the 24 hours in front of us, let’s start there. Sobriety is like a house, you have to build a foundation from the ground up. You can do this :muscle: we all believe in you!
