I felt a lot of guilt about going into to treatment and leaving my daughter with my parents for 50 some days. But in order for you to bring your child to 100%, you have to be 100% first. It’s impossible to take care of a child successfully if you’re not mentally, physically capable. Kids are resilient and usually no matter what they’ve been through their support is always there.
