Last night I was having a real bad night. Couldn't get my brain to shut off. Had things running through my head and ccouldn't get it to stop. I am worried about when I do get my on place if I'm going to be able to keep my sobriety. And dealing with my anger ispurs and doing harm to myself. That's what happened last time. Just alot of worries.

Hey Mike, glad you reached out. where are you living now? what do you mean when you get your own place? When I was in treatment I too worried about the same thing. Can you move into sober living? I did that for my first 2 years sober- for Accountability and Oxford houses are usually cheap
I highly recommend sober living as Rachel said. If you can't I urge you to get a therapist, find a friend you can reach out to when you're struggling, stay connected with others on the app, attend meetings, and get you a sponsor.
