I used to drink to respond to work stressors.
I don't drink now- but have no idea how to cope with stupidity at work.
How do you cope with work problems?
This is my issue now… I drink because my work stress… actually just drink more tbh. I’ve been drinking for about 20 years now heavily just over the last few. I wish I knew how to deal with work problems so I could help you out… but even I don’t have the answers. Only thing I’ve been doing is looking daily for a new job

Yeah, it's wise to find something new.
My thing is I love my boss and our organization. It's just people are just so stupid and it stresses me out. Coworkers and customers.
