When reality sets in from a slip or two it

When reality sets in from a slip or two it can be kinda a pain to regather my focus...but what other choice do I have? I’m on meds for anxiety and basically depression but I still have intrusive thoughts that don’t motivate me or lift me up...it really sucks and it’s been hard being driven and concentrating on my goals

SAM , IM HERE, don't worry about reality , love your self ..I have extremely Anxiety but I burn it by hiking or jogging its just a thought hopefully it works

Reality is what we choose it too be ... check out impact theory on YT or Spotify...stay on your meds . Find a hobby or action you enjoy . I too used too be in the same boat it gets easier with time of you pursue the right venture and mindset. Get a sponser go too meetings and remember you are not alone
