When I was young people called me a dummy and a retard. Funny how those people are either locked up, dead , or living in the misery of their existence while I've been clean just shy of thirty years. For the most part I'm a happy go lucky guy. And have served my country my community and helped many newcomers to find a new way to live. Not bad for a former dummy retard huh?
Seems like a 4th step might be good to deal with some of those resentments.

The best revenge is to prove people wrong and you are doing that. It hurts when folks say hateful things about you. I've been there. I'm glad I proved them wrong.
