What's your motovation for staying sober?

i care about myself too much to continue ruining all of the relationships in my life. sometimes i’ve noticed that before anyone else can help me, i have become open enough to receive, by first helping myself and showing my inner child that it is worthy to be loved. i do this by not torturing it with the repetitive shame that comes from acting out while under the influence. i hope that helps! :slight_smile: :v:

My motivation ?

  1. Myself
  2. My daughters
  3. My granddaughters
    Despite loving my children and grandchildren, I must always come first. My sobriety will suffer if I lose sight of that. One word. Me.

I want to live to see future me.

Not wanting to start over.and fill hung over.all the time.onece you get sober.you will get better .like at a year.

I never want to have to repeat those first 30 days. That sucked! I don’t want to hurt the people I love and I don’t want to be an asshole to everyone.
