- Keep a to-do list. This allows me to prevent boredom.
- Stay optimistic. Negative energy produces a reason to drink.
Idk I've been complacent I guess it sounds like a great idea .I will start making a habit of
- Connecting with a person close to me in recovery. Asking and giving support.
- journal with section on gratitude and a section on grief and loss and a section of why I'm in recovery
- At least 1 meeting
