Ooo I love this topic lol idk how in detail you want us to go but my morning routine consists of waking up and practicing gratitude (saying thank you over and over in my head like a mantra), trying my best to stay off my phone for the first half hour, journaling for a few minutes, doing a meditation, then a workout of some sort.

I love this topic as well, having a morning wellness routine has helped a whole lot. I have large recovery following on tiktok, so I’m trying to collect different tips to share.

Eating regularly was also a big struggle for me while still drinking. Liquor became my morning pick me up.

Now I get up. Do morning stretches to upbeat music. Daily affirmations and gratitude every morning with a nutritious breakfast and coffee :coffee:. I like starting off my day reminding myself my holistic health is priority number one :grin:
