What’s up with dating/finding sober people? I’m in my mid twenties and had the concrete sign the other night with my coworker, that women (and men!) who get obnoxiously drunk is painful to watch. I’ve been in a rut with thinking that I won’t find someone who enjoys doing things in their spare time in a healthy way. Idk kind of confused how in our society drinking is wildly accepted even though people abuse it all the time.
If I didn't attend church I wouldn't have friends who are sober. That's rather frightening.
Honestly, I have long believed most people are addicted to alcohol. Can't have fun unless drinking and wouldn't imagine a day without it. They may stop before it becomes a big problem bit seriously Can't function socially without it.
