I can be grateful for how far I’ve come. And I can be gentle with myself if I don’t get done everything on my list, bc my productivity is not tied to my worth as a person.

I have been doing u-tube workouts for my physical & mental health. Even 15 minutes helps my mind so much!

I'm grateful that while I'm recovering from a sprained knee I have dark chocolate almond milk and chip and dip to drink/eat for my comfort eating. I'm thankful I don't need to turn to a bottle. I'm grateful for snacks and my HP.
