What are your values? :gem:
Iโ€™ve noticed that, after getting sober, Iโ€™ve been better able to live life in a way that reflects my values.

What are your values?

I can totally relate on living a life in sobriety that reflects my values in life. One of those values is honest work. I love making my money in a way I feel proud of these days.

My family and friends are huge having them, itโ€™s time to start going back to church.

This is such a good one. I would add also being able to pursue work that is meaningful to me

Amazing :pray:t3:

My values have changed so much since getting sober. I value self respect, family, boundaries, showing up for people, honesty, open communication, my relationship with something greater than me, forthrightness, integrity, service, love, tolerance, & a lot of empathy!

Honesty... I spent too much time lying to myself and others. Now I try to be upfront with my feelings. Get the real me out there!

Iโ€™m not sure if I have any

Honest to myself and others, high self esteem, truthful, respect you life and other, this are just a few ........stay sober and good luck

Well said, I would have to agree with this.

We need to justify our drinking, even if it goes outside of our values. The โ€˜rewardโ€™ of it makes everything else insignificant

Just showing up and being present . I used to be MIA at holidays and family get together . Now I go as much as possible to spend time with my Fam :slightly_smiling_face:

This is a great one :ok_hand: and I completely agree :+1:.

Yes! That was me too! I now see how selfish I was being by putting alcohol first :unamused:

Self-respect and boundaries! Awesome values to have, and really tough for people in sobriety from my experience

Yes honesty is a HUGE one for me. Iโ€™ve almost always done my best to be honest with others, but I needed to learn to be honest with myself. So glad Iโ€™ve been able to do that through my sobriety
