Wellness: Good, Bad, and The Ugly 🎾

What areas of wellness are you good at, need improvement, or you're just down terrible.

I'm good at making time to exercise, eliminating high sodium foods, and refusing to consume food products that have high fructose corn syrup.

I need to improve [reduce] the amount of chips and dip I eat.

I'm extremely terrible at not taking vitamins.

Now that I'm sober ..definitely improve on my mental health as well start eating right and most definitely be of service to other just like me...

Mental health is important. Our mind definitely affects how we view ourselves, others, and situations. A healthy mind allows us to make better decisions. I never thought of being of service to others as wellness. That's a good point.
