well today has been a good day . I spent time with my family for a cookout and that really helps me stay positive about staying clean. They are my big support system. And they always telling me how proud of me they are and that makes me feel really good about myself. I can actually say that i am so proud of myself as of today I am 1 month and 5 days clean and it feels good
