Good day today. Got some normal people stuff done. The loneliness in the quiet of the night still kills me though.

Shit I feel you in the lonely department. I’m super alone. Play some tunes or something whatever makes u feel satisfied. Remember when you did live with people how much you WANTED you’re own space.

Loneliness is a killer. Sorry you are going through that. Try finding a meeting that is active when you are stuck awake in the night. Once you learn to enjoy the company of the man in the mirror Loneliness becomes solitude and that can be liberating
