Two days sober. With the help of people I’m meeting at meetings I feel I can really stay sober this time so if you haven’t gone to a meeting I highly suggest you do. Not just zoom ones either you need to physically surround yourself with people who care.
I do zoom 6 days and go in person one day. I don’t have a meeting close to me
When available, I would say that in person would be easier to actually engage. However, in person isn't an option for everyone.
