It will be tough the next couple days. Vodka was my drink and it was a rough time quitting
More than likely a hangover. Drink some water to hydrate yourself.
If you want to start sobriety today I recommend you check into a detox center so you can safely detox from alcohol.

Hey Luis, one of the things that helped me to get and stay sober was remembering how shitty it felt when my head was pounding from going too hard the night before. Have you been drinking regularly/every day?
