Trying to get sober

It's not an easy thing man, as I'm sure you're well aware of. But people do it all the time. Never thought I would be able to face the world without some sort of substance, and didn't for nearly 15 years. I'm almost 5 years sober now, and truly, if I can do it, anyone can. I hope you're doing ok. Reach out if there's something specific you need help/advice with

What's your sober plan?
You can do it. It starts with being sober right now. Coincidentally that is where it ends, sober for right now. Right now I cannot be sober for tomorrow, only now.

Believe in yourself. You can do it! You are worth all the effort it takes. If you don’t believe that now, you will when you are sober! Give it a go.
