I'm sorry you're going through this. Have y'all considered marital counseling?
I'm sure he doesn't hate you. He may be unhappy with something, but I doubt he actually hates you.
Have you tried Mindfulness Based relapse prevention- there are several meditations for urges and cravings. Can help to cut back.
