Today is the day I decided to make a change. Can’t claim today is day 1 of sobriety, but tomorrow will be.

Thanks for the messages! I’m just figuring this app out! So far it’s had its moments! I’ve thought about drinking way more than I should, only further solidifying I had more of a problem than I originally thought. I’ve had many moments where I would have turned to drinking, like a stressful day at work and when my children decided it was a good idea to bust a window out of the neighbors basement....but I’m holding my own. My husband has been sober for nearly a year and has been a rock for me through this
