Today is my 45 day sober. Wife and I been going to counseling, and I think it might be ending, I don't have anyone to talk to, but I'm staying sober. I think I might be losing it

Hi Chris. I'm sorry you're going through this rough patch. You said “it might be ending.” Is that your counseling session or marriage? Why do you feel you're losing it?
