Today is a difficult recovery day for me. I found it a little hard to focus on positive goals and moving forward to meeting new people. Socializing has definitely become a bigger challenge than I thought it would.

I am on the same boat. Its worse with covid things i think, at least for me anyways. Every small positive change is still a huge accomplishment. Im in a weird limbo of sadness. But we are gettingt through it sober

Progress, not perfection. Iām still struggling on the social end of things too, but one thing I know for sure, is that I will NOT drink over it.
