“Don’t Even Notice I’m Lying”

Not only is it a sober tip, it’s a giant smack in the face to me. To me, denial was a guard to me so I didn’t have to own my wrongdoings, but it was almost a lifestyle while actively using. I didn’t think of it in the acronym form until it was a sober tip.

What was one of your biggest denials that you want/ask forgiveness for?

That's good...

I would ask for forgiveness because I expected people to be as good to me as I was to them. That was out of line because people give their best; and I shouldn't be frustrated because it's not as "good" as mine.
