This week was a tough one. I wanted to quit give up and hand in my tags but I persevered. I am forever grateful to NA to my fellow addicts and myself. For showing up showing me the way and guiding me through this journey of recovery. I love you all.

Way to go! It’s a great feeling to wake up feeling proud and refreshed. Shame and regret suck.
Keep coming back, and stay plugged in. Read pages 416-419, they help me a lot.
