Amein to that! It is also possible to NOT make a beautiful life for oneself by not working the Steps. I swallowed in my shit for almost five years before getting a sponsor who had qoeked the 12 Steps. It saved my life. I was either going to get drunk, commit suicide, or become brutally honest. I chose the last and have never regretted it.
Life is GOOD! Not easy but GOOD and an absolute adventure.
When I got sober I was told to hang on to my bum, because I was in foe the ride of my life!
