The struggle is real y'all. My recovery date is 02/05/2019. Here lately I've been thinking about some perks and Scotch. Its mostly when I'm in bed trying to sleep. The committee won't shut up...ahhhhh.

Hi, I feel you because the cravings can be intense when your not getting enough sleep, stressed, crappy diet, etc. Just remind yourself its just a craving and it will pass. I go for walk between 6pm to 10pm before bed. Helps a lot.
