The past year has been rough at home and I gave into the urge to drink again after multiple years of sobriety. I was feeling alone and hopeless. Last night I drank again and did something out of character. I have been thinking about it all day and I'm ashamed of myself. So, here we go again trying to get back into living a sober life.
You have an advantage. You remember what it’s like to wake up not hungover. Not filled with guilt, shame and remorse. And you know just what to do to get it all back!
