The best therapy for this alcoholic...sweating! Got a much needed 8.64 miler in-bumped the treadmill so it turned off and I had to wait for a few seconds but it got done. Felt good.

Cool. I typically walk on treadmills. I do intervals between a fast pace and normal pace. I ran often until I tore my ACL.
