Hi Thomas. Those withdrawals can be a big bummer. Just make sure you reach out to an MD if they get worse. Withdrawals can be deadly.
Great work on implementing healthier routines. Those aren't easy.

Hi Thomas, Iโm on day 2 also. Itโs one day at a time sometimes one hour at a time. I called into my first meeting Sunday & let helped more than months of therapy. Good luck, we can do this!

Congrats, one day at a time. It does suck at first with your body and brain still craving, but it does get easier, then eventually it just becomes your new habit.
