Some of my neighbors are assholes!
That is normal. Growing up I had a gem of a neighbor on one side on the other...not quite the gem.
It sucks. What have you done to try to create a better relationship with them? I, too, had neighbors who I thought were jerks. After getting to know them my perspective changed and we worked together to be good neighbors towards each other.
