Sobriety in isolation

My sobriety started in quarantine and have enjoyed zoom AA meetings for their part. I used to isolate myself in my alcohol use but I'm starting to feel it would he nice to build new sober relationships. I guess what I'm saying is it's hard building a new circle of friends to talk to outside an AA meeting when I'm still working/living under quarantine conditions. Does anybody else miss just talking to people?

100% this Douglas. It’s been so hard in the pandemic. Give yourself a lot of credit for staying sober

My problems skyrocketed in the pandemic. Good job buddy

Most definitely

I definitely miss connecting with others in person. Zoom is missing the human touch, i.e., handshake, hug, high five, the ability to connect over dinner at the same restaurant...I miss the human touch.
