Sober from Alcohol for 6 years. I have a problem with Kratom and it no longer works like it used to and is too expensive. I’m trying to start to cut back and go longer before taking my first dose of the day.
Kratom withdrawal sucks.

I’m going to step down slowly.
That’s what I did. Not as bad as some other opiates but no picnic. Detox clinics may be helpful if your insurance covers it. I’ve learned that recovery and kratom do not mix well. Feel free reach out. I’ve been there.

Thank you. I only think of myself as sober from alcohol and not Kratom. But I can cut back on using it. I want to save money and achieve more goals and Kratom no longer really helps at all. 
Glad you’re working on adjusting your relationship with it. Seems more common that people are struggling with kratom
