So,....three tools I use.

I struggle with anxiety and depression. It comes and goes.

Three things that have worked for me.

•I pray to The Most High Yahua.

•I meditate on His Words.

•I write a list of everything I'm grateful for.

Beautiful post, thank you! My three go-to tools for managing anxiety are 1. Spending time in nature, preferably with some form of physical activity 2. Practicing gratitude everyday and 3. Reading lots of spiritual, non-fiction, and fiction books!
