So I'll admit I was a little skeptical about my recovery this time being my birthday is coming up. (that's my day to be allergic to me usually)
But I'm actually quite positive about it this time and I feel that's partly because of this new course I found called the Science of Happiness. It's not really recovery targeted but it has certainly helped. What kinds of things have y'all found yourself signing up for during your journeys?
