So I know after a week I’ll feel better. I’m a high functioning alcoholic so when I’m not drinking I feel sluggish. Did a workout and I’m thinking of going for a run to sweat this out! Any other ideas? I don’t wanna sleep all day I did that yesterday.
Some type of deep breathing or meditation
I’m so hyperactive lol I try deep breathing and meditation and it doesn’t work for me ugh. Maybe I’ll try it before bed. Thanks

I play guitar. If I sang people would need a drink especially the crazy music I listen to lol. I’m gonna make empanadas tonight and pecan pie cheesecake. Every damn time I don’t drink I eat a lot anyone else have that problem.?
Sometimes just stopping and taking one deep breathe helps me. I’m totally ADHD so I understand. I bought a silly frog statue in the yoga hummmm position and when I walk by it I smile and say hummm. .
Silly but it helps me.
