I got this at a juice bar while on vacation. There’s a restaurant local to me that sells them.

I’ve been making them at home. You can find some delicious recipes on YouTube and Pinterest.

I was in a health food store and overheard the following...
C: where are the oats?
M: right hear ma'am.
C: this can't be all you have. I don't see any overnight oats.
M: well if you leave them here and come back tomorrow they will be overnight then.

I kind of pass by your hometown quite a bit too by the way. I pass by Louisville on the way back to Ohio when I pick up cars down below Nashville Tennessee. I also have friends in La Grange Kentucky. Sometimes I get through East Albany when I'm on my way out to Evansville or Paducah

6 Strawberries, 2 Bananas, & a handful of blueberries in a blender with a little bit of almond milk… omg the best smoothie
