Exercise definitely helps with sleep. And really all areas of my life. I was on traz in early recovery too. And even a few years in. Def helped me to fall and stay asleep but I also felt super groggy the next day if for whatever reason I didn’t get a certain amount of hours
Thanks for the tips, Christopher. I’ve needed a white noise to sleep for as long as I can remember. For a while I was keeping my AC on even in the winter because it was all I had for the noise luckily now I have an air purifier that makes a lovely humming sound lol playing rain or white noise sounds on my phone is usually what I do if it’s my only option (like if I’m on vacation or sleeping at a friends) because it normally isn’t loud enough to block out all sounds from the outside and I’m a very light sleeper
