sitting in the sun relaxing after a long productive day. i just got onto social media for literally one minute and all over my feed were posts that i found extremely triggering. i look over all of a sudden and i see this stick on the ground asking for my attention. i pick it up and low and behold it looks like a sickle. i looked up and decided to take a picture of it with all of this nature around me in my environment. it got me asking myself a question - life or death? i choose life!

Social media is just as toxic as any other drug. I have been off Instagram for over 3 months and don’t regret it.
