That won't last, I used to be also but it's not looking so bad now. Hang in there.
What about the future are you afraid of?
The future is scary. Know that bad stuff will happen but find some awesome people to be your support system. That's what gets me through my fear of the future

Oh and the good stuff will easily outweigh the bad stuff

While I am not going to say that this is easy, but when we live in the now and do our best the future is often taken care of.
