I have a hard time identifying my rock bottom. Or maybe I just can’t decide which shameful consequence of my substance abuse is the worst.

Fortunately and also unfortunately we must hit our own personal rock bottoms in order for an alcoholic like me to get sober. Scariest part of my entire life but also the most valuable lessons have come from it. I am blessed to have another opportunity at living and I do my best everyday to not squander the gift.
