Really upset haven’t heard from my bf all week (he’s in treatment) and it seems he either pulled his release for them to talk to me or didn’t renew it when he got to CSS. I really need to talk to him about our finances! Help!
Call the treatment center and tell them to tell him it's urgent for y'all to speak.

You should be able to leave a message that they should relay to him, if he just transferred facilities he may be under a phone blackout where he can’t call anyone for a set amount of time. I had a release for my doctors but my therapist couldn’t get through to me in treatment. Try calling on different days because I found sometimes they’re busy and don’t want to shuffle through paperwork to find the form allowing them to acknowledge that he’s there.
