Reading Allan Carr’s book. Easy way to stop drinking. I saw Nikki Glaser talk about it on Joe Rogan and she’s been sober now since 2011. Seems have helped a lot of people. Any one else read it?

I haven’t read it but want to. I heard about it through the book, “quit like a woman”. Its definitely a book for women, but for those interested it’s also a good book. Allan carr is next on my list :blush:
