I Know the feeling.Please keep in mind that this is JUST a feeling.Dig deep,find your inner grit,smile at the challenge and get a lil'mean at it if thats what it takes.I have both put myself,as well as been put on,deaths door more times than I can count.You can reach out to me anytime….And I mean that with all sincerety.
Can you be more specific? If you need professional help please find it. This is a great community but professionals are professionals for a reason. I'd hate to see you digging a deeper hole without consulting someone with real training. I would never want to sound dismissive to someone in need but you sound like you need immediate professional help. I've had two good friends relapse just this week, it's no joke what we deal with
