With everything going on in the world, and the mental stress, it's been wreaking havoc on my drinking habits… feels like I'm losing myself throgh booze, and taking its toll physically (finally, I'm looking for a doctor/s to improve my health, which means an end to 20 years of bad habits… #newchapter)
