So I just ended my relationship with my now ex girlfriend and I had meet her when I started my road in recovery back in 2018 it was ending up being a toxic relationship and I'm better off but I'm alittle worried how I'm going to cop with being single for the first time since being sober
Hi, Michael. There are many who are sober and single- you can be both, too.
Hang out with sober friends. Those days you're struggling because the relationship ended remember a drink isn't worth it.

Walking away from a relationship and a person I'm sure you really cared for, in order to put your health first, takes enormous strength. The day I chose to never drink again was the same day I ended the unhealthy relationship I was in. We can do this! Just remember you're never alone.
I agree! takes an enormous amount of strength, courage and knowledge of your own self worth, so kudos!!! Iām sober and single! Come down to Playa del Carmen Mexico and we can hang out with the sober community Down here!!!
