New to this app. Just trying to write and vent. I’m in recovery and I have a 4 month old. I’m 30 and a brand new mom. Things are heavy and I truthfully don’t even know if this is what I’m supposed to say here. But I mean- I always want to help and talk to others. Especially about recovery.

You can say whatever you want. No ones going to judge you. Your not alone. Find a woman’s support group. Where is the closest mtg to you? Reach out to people

Congratulations on seeking help. You obviously have a good reason to want to recover. Being a mom is tough. Being in recovery is tough. We are here for you. Don’t hesitate to get outside help as well and write here at will! We have all experienced recovery.
