Try to find some support groups you like, lionrock.life has been a lifesaver
So go get help, you are NOT alone there. AA was my answer but theres hundreds of support groups. You have issues to work through and you need help finding the path, it's out there. You'll have to put in the work but the reward is worth it. If you need someone to talk to I'm here, good luck and remember that getting fucked up just puts it off til later.
