My struggle is between 4:00 and 6:00. I feel if I make it past six my urge subsides. I know it's just mental. But there is a strange relief once I'm out of that time slot.

Find something productive to do. Call someone. Write in your journal. Exercise.

Mine is between 4:00 and 8:00. When 8:00 comes, Iām home free.

I hear you, that can be a rough time. Finding another ritual to signal separation of work and "my time" helped me with this. Thanks for sharing
