My last beer was 6 o’clock last night I’ve decided to stop drinking but today I have no concentration and I feel like I am going to miss out on something that’s been in my life for so long I’m even having second thoughts

It’s OK. Second thoughts are natural - like any breakup.

Sobriety is worth all the pain it takes to acquire it

We are in the same boat. My last drink was at 9pm last night. Just take it a day at a time and it doesn’t seem so impossible. I won’t drink with you today.
