My grandma passed Tuesday. I don’t even know how to feel. Three family members in a years time. Truly feel like an orphan. Can’t call a sponsor (don’t have one) and am at wits end now. Really wanting to ball these feelings up and stuff them so far drown…

Can you get to a meeting? Find one on zoom? Listen to a speaker meeting on YouTube? Something positive.
Drinking/using only extends grief and adds guilt and shame. It makes it worse just like it makes everything worse.
